Highlights from the April 27, 2020 City Council Agenda

On Monday, April 27th, the Rochester Hills City Council will hold its second online city council meeting by Zoom, in compliance with Executive Orders 2020-15 and 2020-21 issued by Governor Whitmer. Here are some highlights from the April 27, 2020 City Council Agenda:

  • Contract for wetland and environmental consulting services to ASTI Environmental for up to $147,300.00 through April 30, 2023.
  • Contract to replace concrete at Van Hoosen Jones Cemetery and repair the Storage Barn for $43,780.00 with a 10% project contingency.
  • Increase to blanket purchase order for on-call electrical services for $15,000.00 for a new total of up to $39,900.00 through July 31, 2020.
  • Contract for citywide printing services for $82,700.00 through April 30, 2021.
  • Increase to blanket purchase order for logic and accuracy testing services for elections in the amount of $10,970.00, increasing the amount to up to $35,970.00 through July 31, 2020.
  • Appointments to the Historic Districts Commission and the Zoning/Sign Board of Appeals.
  • Contract for 2020 lawn mowing services for City-owned properties, shoulder right of ways, pathways, and ordinance compliance for occupied and vacant lots for up to $175,500.00.
  • Purchase of two (2) Type I Ambulances for $616,521.88.
