Ryan J. Deel is the Rochester Hills city councilman serving District 4.  In December 2019, he was elected by his city council colleagues to serve as City Council President, making him the presiding officer of city council and Mayor Pro Tem. Ryan is an attorney with the Oakland County Probate Court.

Ryan has been a Rochester Hills resident for over 17 years. Ryan previously served as the vice president of the Rochester Hills Public Library Board and member of the City of Rochester Hills Building Authority.  Ryan is also actively involved in his neighborhood, serving as the president of the Arcadia Park Homeowners Association.  Committed to maintaining our quality-of-life, public safety, fiscal management and improving our roads, Ryan Deel is keeping our city on the right track!
